The Process

How it works.
Step by step.

Simple as it gets. We meet, take photos, both sign on the phone, and you get the email. Cards go on Whatnot. You get paid. Here's the full picture.

1

Text Leo to set up a meetup

Quick text or DM. Tell him roughly what you've got — binders, stacks, loose cards, doesn't matter. He'll pick a time and place that works.

2

Bring your cards however they're stored

Binder, top loaders, shoeboxes — whatever. No need to sort, list, or count. Just bring the whole stash.

3

We photograph everything together

Leo takes clear photos of every binder page and every stack. You watch it happen. Those photos become the official record of what's being consigned.

4

Both sign the digital intake form

Leo opens a simple form on his phone. You both review the terms, type your names, and tap to confirm. The whole thing takes about a minute.

5

You get the email immediately

The form sends a copy to you (and your parent if you're under 18). It includes the date, the photos, the agreed terms, and both signatures. That's your receipt.

6

Cards go live on Whatnot within 7 days

Leo runs them on his live show. Most cards sell within a few weeks. Some go fast, some take a couple shows. We don't price-gouge — fair market, fast turnover.

7

You get paid within 7 days of a sale

70% to you, 30% to Leo. Payouts via Venmo or Zelle. We send a quick rundown of which cards sold for how much. No surprises.

How you're protected

You always have proof.

Cards going to a stranger to sell is a real trust thing. Here's how we make sure nobody can claim something didn't happen.

Quick questions.

How do you decide what each card sells for?

Live auction. The Whatnot crowd bids and the highest bid wins. We set a reasonable starting price (usually low to drive bids) and let the room do the rest. For higher-end cards, we pull TCGPlayer market value as a reference and start there.

What if a card doesn't sell?

It comes back to you at the next meetup, no charge. We don't try to force a sale. If it's not moving, it's yours.

What if a card gets lost or damaged?

We treat your cards like they're our own — sleeves, top loaders, careful handling. If something goes wrong on our end, we make it right based on the card's market value at the time of intake. The intake photos are how we verify what was handed over.

Do I have to be there for the auction?

Nope. You can watch live on Whatnot if you want — it's fun seeing your cards sell — but you don't have to do anything. We handle the show, the shipping, all of it.

How do I get paid?

Venmo or Zelle, your choice. Within 7 days of the show. We send a breakdown so you can see exactly which cards sold for how much.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of cards?

No minimum. For now, no hard maximum either — but if you've got something huge, give Leo a heads up so we plan the meetup.

Do my parents need to be involved?

If you're under 18, yes — a parent needs to be at the meetup and on the agreement. We email them a copy too. We want everyone on the same page.

Can I take cards back before they sell?

Yes — just text Leo. If a card hasn't been listed yet or hasn't sold, we'll arrange to give it back. Once a card is in a live auction, we have to let that show finish first.

Ready to send Leo your cards?

One text and we'll set up a meetup.
